Mace · rotation

2H Mace 360 — Inside

Continuous circular swing of the mace around the head and behind the back, alternating direction; builds grip, shoulder stability, and rotational control.

Club · rotation

2H Club Inside Circle

Circular swing traveling across the body and inside the shoulder line; builds wrist and shoulder mobility.

Club · compound

1H Club Mill

The mill combines the inside circle and inside shield cast into one flowing pattern — a continuous overhead rotation demanding grip endurance and full shoulder control.

Kettlebell · hinge

2H Kettlebell Swing

Hip-hinge swing with both hands on the bell; the foundational ballistic kettlebell movement.

Kettlebell · hinge

Goblet Box Squat

Hold the bell at your chest, elbows tight, bell off your body. Squat back to a box, lean back slightly at the bottom — heels down, core firing — then stand all the way up: knees back, quads and glutes squeezed. Start with a high box and lower it over time. The bell in front teaches your core to hold you upright; the box teaches you where the bottom is.
